Number one I was told that my vehicle was going to be Keppra three days it was kept for five days and I had called on the fifth and find out where my car was number two when I went to go pick up my vehicle it was pouring rain the guy at the counter handed me my key and told me my car was on the front lot. I had to have my mom drive me up-and-down a lot looking for my vehicle in the pouring rain number three the blinker on the driver side front stopped working after the accident I told repair guy twice about it he said that it would be fixed during your safety inspection it wasn't then when I brought that to your repair guys attention he said that you would have to run it back through the insurance company to see if they would pay for it and that I would have to bring my vehicle back in on Saturday. If I want to pay for it out right it would be $40-$60 and I would be without my car again. Took it to NTB they had it done under 45 minutes cost me less than $14 and lastly my vehicle still not fixed the hatchback now makes a loud clanking sound when you open and close it inside because something does not sound like it was bolted back down so now I have to once again be without my vehicle while you guys fix it so no I'm not happy. I bought multiple cars from you guys over the years I will not be doing that anymore I brought my vehicles in to be repaired by you guys for various reasons and I will not be doing that anymore.
