Everyone was very nice and helpful!! I loved getting the text messages letting me know the progress on my car and the estimated delivery date and I liked the pictures too. They finished earlier than they were supposed too - that was awesome!! I was Very happy!!

I was very impressed with the quality, timeliness and communication that i received from the shop! Hopefully I will not have to bring my baby back to the shop any time soon, but if i do i know i will be making the drive back over to Bob Sight Ford in Lee's Summit...and recommending my friends go there as well!

Not all my damage was fixed the first time. After you having it for 8 days the first time, Now I have to take it back in for another 3 or 4 days to get the rest of it fixed.
