I'm only saying 10 as long as the front desk lady isn't working any longer. she is rude and unfriendly and never smiles. And don't feel welcome there at all. And she wasn't greeting us walking in the door.

the lady at the front desk in the body shop is very unfriendly and never smiles. she is the first person you see in your store and first impression of how people are there. We did NOT feel welcome there at all because of her. She needs to either go to a customer service class or be let go if she doesn't like people. Thank you for your time.
