We picked up the keys to return the vehicle after hours, which was locked inside the gate upon our return. We picked up the car the next day. After that, we were contacted by email for the next two days, asking us to pick up the car. The damage was a lot more than estimated. The accident was at a very low speed.

I have been using this shop for over 10 years (about 4 different times) and this was the least communicated and delayed repair.

Zero communication from the shop when the incorrect part shipped the first, second then third time. I would have paid to expedite the shipping out of my own pocket to avoid this delay. I also expected to be notified of the delay but only found out after I called the office.
