My repair was covered by Toyota's extended paint peeling progam. It took quite awhile to get my Tacoma into the queue for these repairs. Intially it didn't seem the collision center had a good plan to execute the workload created by the warranty. Fortunately, Michael took over scheduling and organized a plan and with Tommy's experise was able to create a solid repair plan for everyone affected by this paint problem. Tommy and Michael were very easy to work and made my experience quite enjoyable. My Tacoma was finished ahead of schedule and the workmanship was beyond my expectation. My car looked like a brand new car after they fixed bumper and dents and painted most of my car from recall. They said it would take about 2 weeks and called me in a week stating it was finished. Tommy Woodward did an excellent job of shepherding my RAV4 through the process. He was more than happy when I came in to check on the progress to stop what he was doing and talk to me. Tommy Woodward did a REALLY GREAT job getting my car repaired. He explained everything that was going to happen to my car. When I came in to check on the progress he stopped what he was doing and told me exactly how everything was going and what still needed to be done.
