Sammy, Joe and other office staff were pleasant and very helpful with my ordeal. When I arrive to drop off my car, GEICO not yet arranged for enterprise to have a rental ready for me. Sammy Joe assisted me in reaching out to the people I needed to to get the rental car set up. She was also pleasant as I waited to receive the rental car and we had a very good chat and talk about the work to be done on my car and what to look forward to and how I would be not notified.
