Im probably going to do a Google review. I still have a broken window from the accident. When I dropped it bobs collision said that "they couldn't find my locking hub cap tool. I had my wife look for it. Bobs collision had it. I lost a days work on it. Then the next week they saud the received the parts but said it wouldn't be done because of the 4th of July. It would be done earlier the following week. The I called Tuesday the following week they said maybe friday. We are going on 3 weeks now. When I asked to get it friday they said it would be done but I need to hurry up and. Get it because they close at 4. I picked it up with a huge broken windows still. The said "they didn't notice" you can tell the glass was broken from. The collision on the driver's side. Which will be in the Google review. I used bobs in the past and had excellent service. I never would have used them if I would have received this poor service.

I loved that you kept me apprised of the progress of my vehicle throughout the repair process. My car was immaculate when I picked it up (cleaner than when I left it there). It looks like brand new again. I would HIGHLY recommend Bobs to anyone needing a repair.
