From initial consult/drop off to the job being completer and picking up the car the staff were great! We were patiently walked thru everything and constantly kept updated with regard to dealing with the insurance and with the progress of the repairs.

The repairs took over a month to complete. I had to return the vehicle to the repair facility because there was a large gap in the fender flares, and the charger door also needed to be repainted. Due to the extended repair time, the insurance coverage for the rental vehicle only covered $1,600.00. As a result, I was required to pay an additional $844.44 out of pocket for the rental.
