I was very impressed and satisfied with every interaction my daughter and I had with the BBA team. From the initial call to post-repair pickup, the entire BBA team was knowledgeable and looking to help us stay informed. The BBA staff was both highly professional and friendly at the same time. I honestly did not expect this level of customer care at a collision center, but your entire staff was full of surprise and delight! I have already started to refer friends to this business, as I was truly impressed throughout.
