Molly & Jason were very pleasant to deal with, answered all my questions expediently and professionally. From scheduling the estimate and interacting with my insurance to coordinating the rental, everything went very smoothly. The car repairs were done to my satisfaction as well. I was however surprised that unlike the Zelienople shop or the Wexford dealership, there's no coffee provided for customers. Merry Christmas and thanks again!

This would have been a 9, but nobody has responded to my text from the weekend where my battery died & I had to get a service technician to me. Additionally, it’s that battery issue that has me somewhat soured by my experience.
