I’m happy with body shop and have every faith in work but I would recommend friends or family to make sure body shop works for customers not insurance company since technically customer pays insurance company. Do estimates or whatever asked in the point of view of the customer not insurance company. Especially when insurance company is talking about opening another claim for further repairs needed cuz customer expects all in one claim since it’s same repairs from same accident. We as customers are not looking at paying 2 deductibles for same accident.

Only reason is I believe vehicle shouldn’t have been returned till 100% completed since vehicle is still not driving properly & unable to use. It’s sitting in our driveway waiting for completion. Insurance is who I blame not body shop which I’ve let them know so waiting on them to make things right.

Aubrey customer service was horrible, but the work done and the assistance of Philly was above and beyond.

StateFarm had arrangements for body shop to contact me within 24 hours. Had to call myself after 5 days not hearing from them. Not really helpful making arrangements for car to get delivered to shop and overall customer service was bad. Had second doubts about choosing this shop after experiencing lack of customer service.
