Issues with being contacted. No missed calls on the previous days stated by office. When I did connect a bit argumentative. Initial work was unsatisfactory. Paint issues, alignment of charging port door, damage that was not present when delivered for repair. This was all remedied satisfactorily. Charging port door is better but still not aligned and does not function as before. Positives- paint match and body work are good. Car was impeccably clean inside and out. Manager was attentive and worked to deliver a satisfactory repair.

Everyone was friendly and the body work looks beautiful. Fili was very accommodating and helpful - thank you. Appreciated the updates- nice to know delays and progress. Pictures were helpful but would be good to have phrase w/ pic saying exactly what you are showing like “cracked …“. Thank you to all involved.
