Clinton was very friendly and communicative about repairs and status updates, and the first part of my experience was great. The actual quality of the work was not great. They didn’t pop the grille into the replacement bumper properly and it was offset, the paint match was also bad and is clearly visible from 8ft away, not slightly off color. When I asked about the paint, I was told to “wait a week” for the paint to cure. I am aware that paint doesn’t work like that. They also did not put in all of the body clips and it looks like either the bumper fitment is bad, or they didn’t take the time to properly reassemble so it fits properly. Now having to go to a different shop through Allstate to have it fixed right.
