My van now looks like it has 2 different colors of white paint. Which would be understandable if the front would be a little different than the back, since the front was damaged. But the back hind quarters now do not match and I am not sure why one of them would have been painted. As one of them now matches the hood. And the other one matches the rest of the van.

I waited for a long bit to be acknowledged while I watched a conversation happen. Then I waited again for the rental car guy to come despite having an appointment with them.

20 years ago I had used Borkowski and the experience was good hence the reason for return. The location was good for me. You were not a recommended provider by my insurance company and probably (God forbid) if I’m in need of this service I’ll use a recommended provider.

When an incident of not having my car ready when I was told the woman who were in customer service positions were uncaring and unapologetic. They seemed indifferent to the situation especially the face of your customer service at the front desk. Found her not only rude to myself but other interactions with the customers who were there in person and on the phone. Prior to me being affected by her short interactions I thought probably not the best face for this business. Texting updates on the progress of completion was appreciated.

Only very small issue with service this time is who ever cleaned the inside of my car had a very dirty cloth hsed in the process. Never have had any issues in the many years of using you all for repairs!! thank you for your excelent work and professsionalisim and courtesy!
