The whole staff at Boston Body Works were incredible — responsive, diligent, thorough, helpful. I can’t say enough how grateful I am for them. When we got in our accident, we had no idea what to do. We had the car dropped off in the middle of the night. But when we called the next morning, they answered the phone (incredibly, anytime we called, a person answered the phone!) and knew exactly what to do. They managed all the communications and payments with the insurance company. They answered all my questions. They even detailed the inside of the car before handing it back. Boston Body Works is truly fantastic. Thanks so much!
