Quickest turnaround on a repair i’ve ever seen, less than 24 hours for body repair. Paint was fantastic and they cleaned my exterior and interior as well. Can’t recommend enough

Overall, satisfied with the repairs and looks like no damage was done to my care. Would be improved is the right parts were ordered the first time around. Additionally, one of my hubcaps was missing when I picked up my car, and it was suggested that it may have already been that way, which was not the case—I have photos from drop-off.

I was promised better communication throughout the process, but I ended up having to initiate contact each time to receive updates. I also had to speak directly with a technician to get clear answers. Due to my demanding work schedule, I’m not able to take personal calls during the day, so repeatedly tracking down updates was particularly frustrating. Once I expressed my concerns, everyone was polite and pleasant to work with, and I’m satisfied with the quality of the repair itself. However, better communication and accountability from the start would have made the experience much smoother.
