The body work was ok, not exactly color matched like we discussed but not the biggest issue. The biggest annoyance was the installation of my rear windshield nozzle as that was agreed upon before the repairs started and took an extra 2-3 weeks before was actually complete

Contacting about the final part of the repair was difficult and it was actually hard to get in contact with Darryl. Every time I called he was unavailable

I was supposed to be called/ notified when the repair parts were to be ready so that I could spend less money on a rental, but that never happened. In fact I had to call months later and explain what happened and was told I would receive a call back, and that did not happen. I had to call the next week to just finally ask to drop off my van and had to use a rental for a week and a half because none of the parts were available when I dropped off my van. If it was not possible for the necessary parts to be delivered in advance they should have just said that wasn’t possible, but instead accepted the payment from my insurance company and never called me to have my van dropped off.
