I honestly don’t know. The repair was excellent, and your people are friendly in person, but communications during the repair process must improve.

Very satisfied by the repair work itself; however, communication and updates during the process were very poor. I called several times, found it hard to get updates on repair progress, and was basically given 24 hour notice to pick up the car despite living 400 miles away from Boston.

These guys went above and beyond for me and vehicle. I was T-boned in Dorchester and the other party, despite us both knowing he ran the red light, was not willing to accept responsibility so while I worked to gather the evidence I would need to compel them to pay the damages the team at BBW was working tireless to get parts from my Crosstour (which they stopped making in 2015) providing me with weekly updates on the repair progress and even forwent the storage fees so I could finish wrapping up my Insurance concerns and the cherry on top of all this excellence service was the fact that they detailed my vehicle without me even asking. MAJOR SHOUT OUTS to: Stephanie and Antonio thank you guys so much 10/10 definitely recommend

The overpainting was caught by me not the technicians.

Communication was poor and not precise. Quality assurance was poor. The car was give back to me with overpainting with a different color than black ( some tan color). That color then had to be scrubbed while I waited for the car on-site.
