The repair man was very polite and understanding. Although I was disappointed with the length of time it took to get parts. I expected to get it back in around 3 weeks, but it was around 7 weeks.

They only put on my front Kia emblem because they were under the impression I only had one even though both of them were stolen. They never called to ask me about the emblems. Now I have to wait until the one they ordered for the back of my car comes in to have it placed.
