I had to call asking for updates on timeframe. I was the contact person and phone number BUT my husband's cell phone was called when repairs were complete. HE HAD NO INVOLVEMENT WITH THIS SERVICE.

Dropped off car. Called on day 3 because I had no update. Service provider had gone home. I called the next day, on hold for more than 10 minutes. Had to call back. Then service provider said parts on order but for additional information or timeframe.

When I filled in the first day with my car some of your employees didn’t have a mask on . 2nd day dropping it off Samething , 3rd day the woman that cashed me out didn’t have one on . So I won’t be back

Just the idea when I went there to setup an appointment was told if I could wait for a little while in the lounge cause he was taking care of another person. Well guess what after waiting for an hour come out to find out whats going on only to find out he had left for the day and I was left feeling like some kind of asshole, should have taken it back where I bought the car out in Salem, tell you what got it fixed but next time I need anything its going back out to where I bought it. Guess maybe that's why I didn't buy it here.
