I needed the collision repair department. They knew I was paying for a rental car out of pocket. I dropped my vehicle off on a Tuesday. They informed me, my vehicle was not even touched until Thursday. That is two days of wasted rental car money. It then took them a week and a half to replace the front grill. They waste time and money.

The work was quoted 1 week repair, turned into 3 weeks. Door molding was not mounted correctly, door is out of alignment, rear fender molding in not attached correctly, adhesive was left on the body, and there are 2 large paint drips. I now have to bring the car back in. Only positive is your people are nice.

The estimater did not know how you would repair the issues and could not answer my questions. Every time I got a phone call from someone they did not know any specifics about my car because they were filling in for some one else.

I have brought other vehicles to Boucher for body work and have always been beyond satisfied! I can't imagine taking my vehicle's to anyone else for body work. I highly have highly recommend people to come to Boucher if they ever needed body work.

I had to call a few times to get questions answered. I was told there was new staff so some information that I was given wasn't accurate, but eventually did get the answers I needed. I was told by someone I had talked to that I would be called back later that day, but no one called. I ended up calling back.

You had the car for almost THREE months!! All kinds of excuses about parts but nothing done to try to expedite. I would not recommend this facility to anyone and am going to ask insurance company to take you off their approval list.

While meeting with the manager I observed a car being worked on. The drivers door was off and there were tools lying on an unprotected drivers seat.
