The broken parts seem to be repaired well. However, there was still broken glass found inside the car and there was a white powdery film all over my seats that wasn't there before.

They communicated as promised with updates on the progress of my repairs. My only comment is that they said they would call me when they received my car from the towing company and that didn't happen. I had to call them to verify they received my car.

The only thing I feel could have been better was the detailing there was some glass still underneath the seat and some paper that I thought should have been cleaned up if its detailing than I should have not found anything

Hi there, happy with the communication and the repair work. However, my passenger side side mirror was not replaced… the shell flew off on the highway. There’s also a kind of a rubbing sound when I go over 70 mph.
