The repair was accurate. There was a few scuff marks that were left unpainted or buffed. But the staff was courteous and very helpful and for that reason, I will come back again

The work completed was excellent. The only thing I noticed the is a chip out of hood. I noticed it when I got home. So I know the answer. Once I leave the lot you’re not responsible. So I’ll just get some touch up paint and fix it my self. But the repair work is great.

The work done was excellent. But I did notice a nick on my hood which I didn’t recall being there when I dropped the car off. If I’m wrong let me know. I know I noticed it when I got home so leaving the lot I guess it’s my fault for not noticing before I left the lot. But the was no reason to check the hood. Everything else was perfect.

Nick was fantastic. He had my car in right away and partnered with the other insurance with what needed to be done and handled any denials. I appreciated that my car was washed and vacuumed before picking up. However, I did have a new scratch on my driver's door that was not there upon dropping off.

Technician did not paint properly, did not assemble trim interior and exterior properly, and left the car very dusty all over interior. I requested further action. Service rep Skye was very good and respectful, cannot yet say that about repair staff
