I was disappointed with the fact that the used parts that came off the care were left in my car on the leather backseat and the parts had glue on them. That really disturbed me.

I received no updates, no phone calls as promised, even when the ETA moved. I had to call every time when no updates were given as promised. Even the email saying I was signed up for email updates was sent to me 3 days after I picked up the car.
