Dent work came out perfect. Only issue was that the work was completed on Friday afternoon, and since they are closed on weekends, I couldn't pick up my car until Monday morning.

The only issue I noticed was the left rear tailgate is not properly aligned, so I'll bring back on Monday when the service tech that worked on the car returns to adjust it.

Marc was very helpful during the initial contacts to understand the process and it helped in making the decision of when to bring the car in to be repaired since I was preparing to leave on a trip out west and was not sure the car would be ready before leaving. He was great to work with.

When I arrived there wasn’t receptionist at the rest for 10 minutes. I arrived at 8 she got there about 8:10. Also, I was told there would be a car from Enterprise waiting and they never called.

Car must have been left out in the sun and heat for extended periods of time. the screen with navigation, radio, driver apps started to delaminate. This was not a Boyce caused issue, but now will have to deal with that with Hyundai.
