Very unlikely I will recommend Boyce Batavia. Maybe I will recommend Boyce Naperville. But they are usually very busy.

I am completely dissatisfied with the customer service. I dropped the car off on Jan 30, 2025. I was told the repair work will take about 4 weeks and the repair work took 6 weeks. I completely understand things happen, supply chain disruption, labor challenges, etc. But at the minimum, I should have received updates on the progress of my car. Every time that Mike promised he was going to call me, he never did. That happened 3 times ( 2/28, 3/5 and 3/10). The last time he promised to call me before 3/14, he actually called me on 3/13 to let me know the car was ready. I will say that Mike is very professional on the phone when you speak to him and every time I called, I was able to speak with Mike. The customer representative always transferred me to him and I was always able to speak to him. Mike always look and sounded like a very busy man, and I understand it can be very challenging to get back to your customers during busy times. But you can't failed all 3 times in a role to provide an update to your customer especially when the repair work has been delayed for 2 extra weeks. That is just common courtesy and the minimum expectation for any business that provides service to customers. Mike did apologize for the delay, but I also read few comments on google about few customer's dissatisfaction for prolong delays at Boyce Batavia. The two extra weeks cost me extra for rental car which the insurance company is not responding to me for my refund. The bottom line is when you promised to call a customer and provide updates on a repair work, please do. I may not be happy with the update, but at least I will appreciate the time you took to provide me the update. Uncertainty usually leads to frustrations. Thanks

Marc, Joe and Team are awesome!!! Boyce has worked on my truck 3 times in the last 2 years, their work is high quality and spot on!! I’m crazy picky when it comes to my truck and Boyce never failed to deliver the best end product!!! Communication is great from front desk and always ready to help!! The Boyce family and the team at Boyce Body Werks are fantastic to work with. Everyone that I worked with from Pam to Mark to Joe were extremely pleasant to work with and dedicated to providing fantastic work on my Lexus. The car had extensive front end damage and I was concerned about how it would drive upon completion. Happy to say it is the same smooth and comfortable driving car that it was prior to the accident.
