Admittedly frustrated with this experience with Boyce and I have been bringing vehicles there for nearly 40 years. Asked either Mark or Joe when repairs began to make sure given impact that front axle/suspension/steering damage was assessed and was assured it would be. When I was called over a month after I took it in that it was done I even asked to make sure that was done and an alignment was performed and again was assured it was. While driving home that Friday ir was obvious the alignment had not been done as the van was pulling hard to the right and the steering wheel wasn’t centered. Took another hour out of mine and my wife’s day the following Monday to take the car back where Mark told me he checked the paperwork and in fact saw nothing about them sending it out to have the suspension and alignment done as they said they would multiple times. Was called a couple of days later and Mark confirmed there was control arm and strut damage that needed to be repaired. So after another week of being without our vehicle and, more importantly, having been given back a vehicle that was not completely repaired and arguably mildly unsafe to drive, we spent another hour going back to get it. I know, everybody makes mistakes, but I gave them several chances to make sure this was done and it wasn’t so frankly was disappointed with this experience.
