I worked at the Lexus Central Area and the Toyota Region. I was very familiar with the quality repairs and paint work at Boyce. The Boyce team has always done outstanding work. When we needed repair to our personal vehicle, we drove from Evanston because we knew the repair would be done to high standards and the finished product would be quality work.

From what I can see, the quality of the work is top notch. The people are friendly and helpful. The one complaint I have is, having never been through the process of all the back and fourth between boyce and the insurance adjuster, I had no idea what was involved and how long it would take. no one explained the process to me and that it could take several weeks from the time I dropped my car off until it would be finished. Luckily I have a spare car I was able to drive while Boyce had my primary car. Had I not had a spare or had a rental not been covered by insurance, it would have put me in a bad position not knowing how long the process takes on average. Obviously it varies from job to job but....

Color match is horrible sensitivity of rear camera while backing since some sort of computer was reprogrammed by dealer is horrible when backing up breaking also radio volume not working now wondered what brought that on color match was terrible
