I recently had the spoiler repaired on my Sequoia. Paint job was excellent. Boyce was upfront about options (using existing spoiler which had some damage vs entire new spoiler). Only complaint is that there is some plastic rattling in the spoiler when I close the lift gate. Probably should have coughed up the extra $ for the whole new unit.

Took my unicorn M3 to Boyce for bumper repair and trim replacement; they made the vehicle look completely showroom-ready in a very timely manner. Staff is extremely kind and knowledgeable. I work at a dealership that utilises another bodywork’s facility and I would recommend Boyce in Batavia to anyone who needs bodywork done, small or large!

Having gone decades without the need to file an auto insurance claim, I have had to do so twice in the past 12 months. Having Marc and the Boyce Body Werks team to advocate on my behalf (that is, on behalf of my vehicle) has been a godsend. Not to mention the stellar work they do! Highly recommend!

Hoping QC goes up then shop could become great again. Boyce is just another insurance work shop. Can’t be counted to do any extra paint work while in shop. Love for quality seems to have faded.

Repair was satisfactory. Strickly did only the insurance repair no more care taken. Could have touched up paint scratch on front fender for extra fee, since paint was in gun, as verbally promised, but it did not happen. Shows lack of follow through and integrity slippin. Employees only buffed bumper, no adjacent areas to ensure a little extra quality touch and look to the whole area, saying to the customer we appreciation you giving Boyce the work.

No final statement has been emailed as promised. Estimator did not follow-up with front fender touch up nor call with additional price. Just dropped that work on the floor.
