Car still not completed. Vince was amazing and Pam. I am just frustrated that I have to now work with Lexus to get my car repair finished. I have my car but not satisfied with how Lexus communicated with Boyce. Now I have a car that is not 100%.

It was frustrating. I used you guys two years ago. You were great. That's why I had it towed to you. I guess I regret that.

So far, everything seems very good except a "knob" was broken off of a vent louvre. The person who cleaned the car after the body work claimed, to Mark, that he found the "knob" in the cup holder. It was NOT that way before the accident. Someone involved is lacking in integrity.

The repair took over six weeks. Originally I was led to believe around two weeks. Then a body part that was thought to be fixable had to be ordered, welded etc. It was one thing after another. Also, Pam told me 3-4 times that it takes a long time to fix cars when they're towed in, but that doesn't make me as a customer feel better. It was my fault for having it towed to you but it was a Saturday early morning hours. Farmers wanted to tow it to one of their places. I insisted it go to you. Pam's comments made my decision frustrating

To start, you guys ordered the wrong parts, which added another 2 weeks to wait. After getting car back you guys neglected to adjust my headlights which were pointing at the ground illuminating just a couple feet in front of me, which I didn’t discover till I went to leave work. On top of it all with the great attention to details, you guys didn’t finish installing the wheel well cover which was grinding when you turned hard left. Not once was there any apologies for my wasted time. I obviously would never recommend your shop to anyone I know. Shame
