This is very important and often overlooked. The girls at the front desk are so kind, polite and patient. It really makes a differnce how you talk with people, especially when they are in a stressful time (i.e. car that needs fixing). They never seemed bothered by all my questions, they explained the process. They were kind to my children. I want to say that I have used the naperville location before and they may need some help with their customer service, the lady that answers the phone there comes off rude, impatient and bothered. Even when I picked up the car it was just a business transaction. She should spend some time with the Batavia crew. For that reason I don't recommend Naperville. Great work but uncaring people. Batavia location has it all, great work, communication, caring passionate people.

Job is not complete. Ordered wrong side mirrors after we had said they matched the car color. Jim said he checked with manufacturer. Jim said he ordered driver side window as they could not buff out scratches from mirror hitting window. The passenger side and door look real good. I don’t want to rate on an unfinished job so I will have to put low score as it is not finished.
