I think the quality of the work is excellent. I would use Boyce again if I needed to. I would look past the very minor issues I had with customer service and a longer than expected repair because the quality of the work is what is most important.

Talking to Jim was good, he explained everything and was very pleasant. The receptionist I spoke with a few times, not so much. I was also surprised that the job took a full 7 days to complete when I was initially told it would be done in 3.
