If I could give Jim Heitzman a 20 on a scale if 1 to 10 I would. Jim was fantastic to work with and I can’t say enough about the excellent service we received from him and just Jim as a person. He was kind, sympathetic, attentive and put us immediately at ease with describing the overall process and how Boyce prioritizes quality work and original parts (we had a fairly new Acura MDX that had a freak accident). Given the circumstances, we had absolutely no worries about the care of our vehicle or the service provided thanks to Jim. Ironically this was the second time we had worked with Jim as he took care of our other car a couple years ago at the Naperville location.
