Spoke with Jim in the shop a couple times- he was always very courteous and helpful, never made you feel rushed and answered any concerns I had. Pam initially got me set up there and was always helpful on the phones and getting back to me when needed.

Everything turned out great. The customer service over the phone was very good and very empathetic to my questions and worries. I tried being a "good customer" and not over-calling and trusting the process, but the times I did call worried and asking for an update the team did great. very thankful. Receiving the car there was a noticeable new yellow smudge/line in the back bumper. it appears as a wax/buffing treatment can remove it, but wish it wasn't there or it was noticed and addressed.
