This is the only collision center I will be going to from now on. My front grill and splash guard was torn off from debris on the highway. I felt very taken care of through the entire process. Got a quote immediately the day I first showed up. I really appreciated how the print out of the quote had the parts number and price so I could look them up to compare prices before making any decisions. I ultimately had them order the parts which was fast and cost exactly what they quoted me. They started work right away and kept me in the loop with any changes and updates. Colbie was very patient in answering my million questions every time I called and the entire team was welcoming each time I came in. When I picked up my car I was blown away with how well it looked and they even cleaned the outside AND inside of my car. This place is definitely the way to go.

The experience was simple and straightforward. My experience with Molly and the other staff there was great and I found her and the others approachable, kind, and communicative. I appreciated the local, small business feel of the shop and the fact that it used technology to keep me informed and seemed to value training as part of its quality management. I would go there again even if I needed non insurance repair work.

On Sept 9th at 1:35PM cst I received a call from Brackin that my vehicle was ready to pick up and they were open until 5. I went to pick up the vehicle the following day and there was a huge scratch/chip on the trunk of the car and scratches on the bumper which were not there when I dropped off the vehicle. They agreed to fix the car because I was not taking it home the way it looked. I get a call on Sept 11th that the car would be done at 4pm and they were open until 5pm. The following days I had covid and was sick. When I picked up the car it was dusty (not the way I dropped it off). I was not impressed with the facility.
