I was heartbroken because it was only ten months old, but his workmanship is nothing short of perfection. He took the time and care needed to make it look like nothing ever happened, and I can’t express how much I appreciate that level of dedication. My vehicle sat at this shop for over three weeks with absolutely nothing done, and the level of dishonesty I experienced is unacceptable. I got my car a month later; I had to cover transportation for a week as the insurance coverage expired. During the first week, I was told that all parts were in and that my vehicle was basically ready except for one tire. The following week, I was told the tire was still delayed. By week four, I learned the truth: nothing had been done at all. When I spoke with Melody, she admitted that the mechanics were “taking their time.” But when my insurance company contacted them, they got a completely different story — they were told the shop was still “waiting for parts.” It wasn’t until my insurance adjuster requested proof of the parts ordered that the shop suddenly began working on my car. This experience was a complete lack of professionalism, transparency, and respect for customers’ time. I would not recommend this shop to anyone who expects honest communication or timely service.
