My vehicle sat at this shop for over three weeks with absolutely nothing done, and the level of dishonesty I experienced is unacceptable. I got my car a month later; I had to cover transportation for a week as the insurance coverage expired. During the first week, I was told that all parts were in and that my vehicle was basically ready except for one tire. The following week, I was told the tire was still delayed. By week four, I learned the truth: nothing had been done at all. When I spoke with Melody, she admitted that the mechanics were “taking their time.” But when my insurance company contacted them, they got a completely different story — they were told the shop was still “waiting for parts.” It wasn’t until my insurance adjuster requested proof of the parts ordered that the shop suddenly began working on my car. This experience was a complete lack of professionalism, transparency, and respect for customers’ time. I would not recommend this shop to anyone who expects honest communication or timely service.

Bracken Collision really knows how to turn a bad day around!😀 We never expect a fender bender and extra frustrating when your expected to be at work. When I got to Bracken, Molly had already spoke to my insurance and had the rental car company on the way. Molly took control and wanted to make sure that I was ok. I really appreciate this kind of customer service, which is very rare these days. When I came to pick up my car I was very impressed with the spot less and accurate work that was done on my car. The car rental picked up the rental from the shop, so I didn’t have that extra step. The car was fixed and cleaned. My thanks to Cooper and Marissa for taking such an interest in making my car at its best. This family owned business is the way to go. I had work done here by the the pass generation and thought to call Bracken when I needed help again. They are an amazing team and plan on using them in the future.😉😀. Sherri S.
