Time took five long weeks instead of maybe a week at the most to replace my rear broken bumper in my Jaguar. I had an aweful chat back and forth over the phone with people at the body shop including Todd the owner, where I lost any confidence and distrust in delivering my car back to me let along did not know what to expect next. It was very close for me to drag the law and indictment. Fortunately I did not have to get that situation after all I wanted is my car fixed and back to my hands.

When I pick the car up the fender was a different color than the rest of the car. I was told that it was impossible to match it exactly. When I went to driveaway none of the dash lights worked in the convertible top would not go down and it took them over an hour to repair the blown fuses. Now I find that the front headlight is misaligned and must be repaired. Very unsatisfied with the quality of work
