First off I want to apologize but I am horrible at remembering names. I even asked the gentleman his name again after he had thoroughly explained what they had done and showed me the work open my door for me and handed me the keys I was impressed with.I was impressed with Bracken the moment I opened the front doorlast friday.I was greeted with smiles From two handsome men (one from Enterprise)saying welcome to Bracken, how can we help you? as soon as I told them my name they knew exactly what I was there for & they were on it.They worked so well together the gentleman from Bracken assessing the damage & explaining to me what they were going to do ,assuring me that they would keep me updated throughout the process and that they did the texting update feature was so convenient and helpful considering I was out of town. The young man from Enterprise was very efficient had my rent car and as soon as I was ready handed me the keys. Everything and everyone worked so well together everyone was so knowledgeable in their field and on point, Honestly I'm still shaking my head I just cannot believe this whole process went so smoothly and quickly.And being that my car is 18 years old I have had a few experiences with body shops and mechanics and all I can say is I'd rather not talk about it. I live in Bulverde and I am accustomed to a small close-knit community, so it is extremely important to me in this crazy Rat Race world to have the convenience of irreparable Body Shop close by&to feel that small-town hospitality and that is exactly what I got with Bracken. I honestly feel like y'all are an extension of my family.I pray my children ,family & friends never need ya'll but IF they do I will be hauling them to you .Thank you for taking such good care of me & silverfox(my Honda)and making us feel like VIPs ...Tat

I had to bring it back for a defect on the windshield. Then I had to take it back because they didn't do there duedilliegence and left the hood full of scratches because they didn't finish the layer on the car. Then I STILL have to take it back because there's a part of the plastic on my car that they replaced that's sticking out. So I have to take it back a total of 3 times this will be my 4th
