Highly Satisfied with the repair on my Jeep Cherokee. Marissa goes above and beyond on taking care of your vehicle. It took awhile but that was because the original Jeep parts were tough to get.

Metallic trim on the door by window sticks out. Does look like other side. The metallic placard or whatever the official name of the plate that says “Limited” was put back on with limited effort. The interior of the truck on drivers side was filthy upon pick up. Mud splashed all over my inside door, speaker, floor mats filthy. I didn’t need it spotless, just not a disaster. That’s not how I keep my truck. On a good note my rep was great and responded to me when I had questions. That was a plus.

I had a great experience working with the staff, and I was relieved that everyone I worked with were women - usually I feel a little ignored or dumb as a woman in a car environment. My repair was done ahead of schedule and my car looks good as new

I had a great experience with the team and the communication- I do need to bring my car back for a little fix but nothing major! Would still recommend just for the customer service, especially for a woman dealing with car repairs which is ordinarily not super pleasant
