Absolutely phenomenal in every regard to customer service even when the insurance company wasn’t doing their job she continue to do hers and the insurance companies job in my opinion. Those tacos are coming. Thank you for being the difference, there are so many companies that don’t care about The actual customer anymore and I can tell that y’all do because you employ someone like Marissa.

When I went to pick the car up, they had to jump start it for me to leave. I drove home 30 minutes and parked, the next day I had to jump start the car to drive it, this continued for several days. The battery was the factory installed one and was right at 2 years old, they killed it, and it would not hold a charge, so I had to go get it replaced. Then I noticed there were issues with the driver door that they worked on. It opened too far and when closing it hit the striker due to being adjusted low and the window made a grinding sound when in the lower 1/4 of opening. So, I had to take the car back to have the driver door adjusted. I don't feel like it was a very good expirience overall.

My main point of interface was Marissa. She was really terrific. Gave me a good estimate within a half hour or so, and they stuck to the estimate no up charges or anything like that.
