I loved working with Jim in specific. Everytime something went wrong and I was any bit of frustrated I would get Jim on the phone or in person and I couldn’t help but smile. The dude is just a beam of light in a world where everything is dark. I truly can’t speak highly enough of him and the work he has done for me and my family. He’s just a really sweet, down to earth, and awesome guy. My civic had some issues that needed to get worked out and when I walked in and asked how he was doing he was just smiling and saying it’s another day. Hard to find people like that in this world. Can’t give enough praises to Jim in the collision department. I’d personally give him a raise if I had any power.
