Took 5 days longer due to paint staffing issue. At pickup, I noticed issue with roof rack. They took it back in to fix a clip. When I got home and open the back hatch, I heard a clicking noise each time the hatch opened. It was a piece of plastic base for the same passenger side roof rack. I was able to push it forward and now no more catching on the roof rack. And finally, after the back hatch was up, I found footprints all over the floor mat in the back of my car and fingerprints on both sides of the inside roof liner. All prints came off after I cleaned it myself, but I expected those things would have been cleaned before the car was returned to me.

I am beyond thrilled with the work Burnside Collision did on my vehicle. Their level of professionalism and the quality of their work is second to none. I was kept up to date on my vehicle repairs along with estimated completion dates. The repair and paint job is superior, I see no evidence of the damage that brought me to the shop. I have had a few experiences with collision centers over 60 years, none of which compare to the service I received at Burnside. Communication, customer service, quality of repairs and painting service is absolutely top notch. I highly recommend Burnside Collision. Should I need collision services again, Burnside Collision will always be my choice.

The last bit of work they did on my car was beyond expectations. This time around they had a high bar to clear for expectations and they successfully cleared it. From the receptionist to the mechanics everyone there was extremely personable and took care of my car like it was their own. For many car guys there can be a lot of sentimental value tied into their vehicle. This is true for me and they are one of the few places I will take my car for repairs.
