Recommend this Center with 5 stars! Staff was consistently courteous, professional and actually completed car prior to expected due date and cleaned the car including dog hair to look new! As I lived down the street and was going to take bus, they offered me a ride. Was $500 cheaper than dealership and estimate on point! They ordered the parts prior to appointment and you pay only once car is completed! Ask for Doug Kalbfleisch-He is true to form! He explained everything and everything he stated came to pass! A man of integrity. Life is expensive and when you need help, you want a company you can trust to treat you right and be reasonable with the cost. Their estimate was lower and I was concerned about the level of service. Brad’s Collision Center and Doug exceeded my expectations! You want a fair and good work - there you have it! Ask for Doug.

Already have recommended to my friends and relatives, but also the Risk & Insurance gentleman where the damage occurred. I had reached out to him for reference, but he only shared with collision company way in East valley. I have shared my experience with Brad's and said if anyone asks, please share, he said he would keep that information.

From the considerate lady, Paula, at the front desk, who so kindly offered to drive me home, to Darrell, the young man who cleaned my car, and ALL my interactions with Mr. Doug Kalbfleisch-a man of integrity, professionalism, just plain ole courtesy, the work itself, the communication throughout, with a very reasonable charge, the quality is higher than a 10. They treat you like you matter!
