The staff was very kind & helpful. They kept me updated throughout & there was never a moment in which I was getting the ‘fishy’ vibes that I have experienced at other auto repair shops. We always use Brads and the others guys insurance tried to get us to use their shop and after a week and a half they decided they wouldn’t work on our car, so I told them now you have to use a real shop like Brads, our shop!! Doug was able to help us out a little since we had a vacation planned for 6 months and our rental won’t let us take it out of the country so Doug worked his magic so we could use our car to take on our anniversary trip!! Thank Doug and Thank you again Brads!!

The team at Brads did a great job. It took slightly longer than I expected but that was because they were not satisfied with the replacement doors. They only took the best. The repair of my driver door and back seat slide door were perfect. However when I got in to go home I noticed the complete car inside and out had been detailed. I have never seen my mini van so clean. Not just a vac job. I full on clean. Could have cost a couple hundred $$. That’s what really made my day. Brads is worth every dollar they charge and the wait is worth it. They really care about delivering the best product possible. Many thanks.
