I was promised a good repair at a reasonable price and not only was it done on time and ready Doug even washed my beautiful car for pickup! Now I cannot resist having those scratches repaired on my dually (truck) fenders and of course I will take it to Brad’s as well!

I have used this shop several times now and will literally go nowhere else for body work. We recently took our Jeep in for some paint work. After the job was finished they parked the Jeep in the parking lot for me to pick up. Someone parked close to it and dinged the door. I would not have noticed it was so small. They brought it to my attention when I came to pick up the Jeep and was insistent on fixing it at no cost if I could leave it with them for a couple more days. Again, I never would have noticed it and did not see it on the door when asked to look for it. Great people! The completed work has always been great as well. In fact our BMW is in there as we speak getting touch up work on the paint. Just very good work.

We were in an accident and they got us in and dealt with our insurance. We were kept up to date on the progress. Super nice from the front desk to the body shop. We did a walk around and were so happy to take it home. A beautiful job. We have been to Brad’s previously and will (hopefully not though) definitely use them again. Professional and friendly.

This is the second time I’ve taken a vehicle to Brad‘s. This time I had a deep gouge on the front fender of my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Now it looks like it just came from the factory. Doug Klabfleisch was very helpful. He got my vehicle in and out quickly. I highly recommend Brad’s.

My car looks new again, extremely happy. Doug was awesome in explaining exactly what would be done and how all the electrical components would be tested to make sure my car was perfect. Although my repair was small, only a replacement panel, I appreciate detailed explanation of the work being done on my car. His knowledge and professionalism was also greatly appreciated and reassuring to know my car was being repaired by someone who cares about cars as much as I do. Great job!
