Everyone at Brad’s is kind and helpful. However, the paint used on the repair doesn’t match the rest of the car. We should not have left the car to start the work until all of the parts were in. Problems with parts (because of insurance requirements) delayed what could have been a 2-3 day repair to two weeks leaving me without transportation.

Don’t get me wrong, the experience was mostly good, but there’s a few spots on the car that are still a little rough – didn’t seem to be quite sanded down correctly. You know, if that’s the terminology.
