Satisfies with the service but I was just casually looking at the car today and saw a small crack on the main headlamp lens on the side it was hit.

BCW has been responsive and accommodating to my needs. There was a small crack in the newly installed headlamp lens and they responded immediately to have it replaced. I’m waiting for the part to come in but confident that it would be done to my satisfaction.

The work was great my car looks amazing!! There was only one minor issue. I had asked if they could clean the windshield on the inside ftom the inspection stickers when they were detsiking the car and when I picked up car that was not dine. I had to ask and wait while they took care of it. I listed that on the form you asked me to complete in the beginning but I guess that got missed. That was the only reason I gave a 9 instead of a 10

The rental car could have been handled better. I specifically asked for a smaller car and received a Highlander!! Enterprise offered to try and change it, but Max did not provide any assistance, and he was the one I told repeatedly I wanted a smaller car.

I’m am satisfied with the work performed by Brandywine as it pertained to the fixing the damaged through our insurance company. However I had asked about some scratch and small dent on driver door to be addressed separately from insurance work. I was told it was minor and can be easily addressed without any charge. When I picked up the car on the weekend the door was not addressed. The paper work only listed the insurance work nothing about the door. I could not leave the car any longer since it was there for a full two weeks already.
