I was treated good and the process went smoothly. Communication was good but I was disappointed that a few minor things weren’t addressed. A very small nick in the front was not addressed - I’m confident that this should have been. It was discussed at my initial meeting. I also was told that a scuff and scratch on the side could be touch up - it was not.
