Unfortunately, I have used Brandywine Coach Works, three times and each time gets better and better and better. I cannot ask for a better team of professionals who are friendly and take consideration of your busy schedule . My 2013 Audi A4 looks better now than I first purchased it . All of my questions were answered in a timely fashion and the whole process was easy as pie . Thank you for all you do Brandywine Coach Works !!!!!

It took almost 2 months to get my Audi back to fix 2 doors. It still has an issue with molding. I am told it is covered in warranty. So hopefully it will be corrected. Also, I hear a fan noise now at low speed. Not sure why that is happening. Also, I observed that the seat buckle in the front seat near the work is dirty and doesn’t look right. I’m worried now that if I ask for a fix, how long that will take. Also, through out the process, it was painful to follow up and get things moving.

I didn't want to do this survey before I had a chance to come in and show you a few spots that I am not satisfied with. But this survey keeps coming up in my email. But my initial score of 5 is because my vehicle was there for 16 days, when I was initially told about 2 days. When I made my appointment for the initial work I was given a date almost 2 weeks out. The reason I was told 2 weeks out was " So we can have all your parts here & get the job done in about 2 days", I was also told that Enterprise was going to be notified to have my truck rental ready. Which infact I had to go & then wait till almost they closed before they could have a pick up available for me.

The final work was impressive. Good color matching, the rear gate and class looked like new. There was a small bit of glass left in the rear ... but we were very impressed with whatever vac was used nonetheless as it removed 4 years of dog hair. Suggest improved communication early to advise re timing and text steps. Early on I felt like I was doing most of the reaching out. Thank you and be well.

You were supposed to give me a summary of all the dents and repairs that the body needs when I dropped it off for repair. Despite the car sitting at your facility for over 2 months, despite my mention of a small leak in the rear passenger tire, it has still not been fixed. I'll take care of the minor fixes at a different location. Also, the car was out of water as soon as my wife took it from your shop. It overheated and a message came up requesting to stop the car immediately.

I would recommend them for the quality but the delay due to payment negotiations was an issue for me. It created a less than convenient situation.
